For dough (12 cupcakes):
β’ 100 gr butter at room temperature
β’ 100 gr sugar
β’ 2 eggs
β’ 1 tsp vanilla sugar
β’ 100 gr sifted flour
β’ 1 tsp baking powder
β’ 75 g heavy cream (33 -35% fat)
Cooking method:
β’ Beat up room temperature butter with sugar until the sugar dissolves.
β’ Add eggs and vanilla sugar one at a time. Beat up thoroughly.
β’ Sift flour with baking powder and add to the dough.
β’ Add cream, add any dye chosen from S, ArΠ‘ol, Vegycol, Namicol. Whip a little.
β’ Put into capsules or molds to β of the volume. Bake at 180Β°C for 20-25 minutes.
β’ Decorate with cream.
