A professional line of highly concentrated gel water-soluble KREDA dyes.
A rich palette of shades (more than 50 colors) opens up wide opportunities for creating unique desserts. Safe, do not contain propylene glycol and other petroleum products.
White bleach dye prevents and eliminates unwanted coloration of the product by bleaching the base to achieve the desired color. They are used for stuff dyeing of bases with a fat content of up to 50%. With S-gel, you will always be sure about the result: the color accuracy from batch to batch will allow you to repeat colors and shades many times, and the gel formula will ensure easy penetration and keep the properties of even the most capricious cream! Odor- and flavor-free.
The special dosing spout forms a micro-droplet for precise color and shading. Base colors can be easily mixed with each other to obtain an unlimited range of shades. High concentration allows you to color up to 60 kg of the base with one bottle. Average consumption: 0.03-0.33g per 100g of product.
The dyes are heat-resistant up to 200°С, frost-resistant. S-gel dyes are successfully used and recommended by professional confectioners.
