А natural dye-colorant from aronia berries
Very soon, a new, phenomenal product is going to appear in the Kreda assortment. That is a natural dye-colorant from aronia berries.
Aronia berries (or chokeberries) rightfully belong to the “superfood” category, i.e. "food with a high content of nutrients for the body." No other berry has such a high concentration of anthocyanins.
Anthocyanins, vegetable dyes, are strong antioxidants and belong to secondary substances of plant origin. It is they who protect chokeberry from harmful environmental influence, for example, from UV radiation and toxic substances. Thanks to this, chokeberry berries are considered very hardy and frost-resistant. Aronia shrubs perfectly withstand temperatures down to -35C °. Flavonoids are natural scavengers of free radicals and toxins that build up in the human body over time and can cause cancer.
A mine of vitamins and minerals. Fresh chokeberry (100g) contains:
-vitamin A: 4.86 mg / 100g - to improve vision, skin condition and the immune system;
-vitamin K: 24 mg / 100g - to strengthen bones and increase blood clotting;
-vitamin C: 13.7 mg / 100g - to optimize the immune and nervous systems;
- folic acid (vitamin B9) - to improve hematopoiesis, reduce fatigue and distress;
- microelements of manganese - to increase metabolism and strengthen connective tissues.
That is why products derived from chokeberry have a positive effect on health and are environmentally friendly.
