Сaramelized apples
The ideal tasty and healthy desserts in the cold, autumn period will be caramelized apples, which perfectly match absolutely any warm drink.
To make caramelized apples, choose ripe and juicy medium-sized sweet and sour apples. Make sure that they are solid, without dimples, rot or other damage.
To begin with, wash the fruit well under running water to clean the peel, then dry the apples thoroughly.
Put apples on sticks. Choose thick enough so that they do not break under the weight of the fruit.
Now make caramel for apples. You need 300 g of sugar, 2-3 teaspoons of lemon juice and water-soluble dye-colorant Kreda Prime-gel, Red. In a saucepan, mix sugar with lemon juice. Bring to a boil over medium heat and cook, stirring occasionally from the edges of the container to the center. Add Kreda Prime-gel. Then remove from the stove.
Dip the apples in hot caramel, then place them on any dish of your choice. Autumn dessert is ready!
