Description
Mineral dyes are a real gift from nature for lovers of natural shades. The warm palette of Namicol-gel will be a godsend for creating delicious, cozy desserts. Namicol-gel means your confidence in the result: batch-to-batch color accuracy allows you to repeat colors and shades many times, and the gel formula ensures easy penetration and keeps the properties of the base. Namicol-gel colorant is developed on the basis of mineral raw materials of natural origin. It is highly resistant to temperature, light, and changes in pH environment. Suitable for opaque bases.
The special dosing spout forms a micro-droplet for precise color and shading. Base colors can be easily mixed with each other to obtain an additional range of shades. One bottle can color up to 25 kg of base. Average consumption: 0.1-2g per 100g of product. The dyes are heat-resistant up to 180°C, do not lose color during baking. Resistant to changes in the acid environment, frost-resistant.
